Nine years ago, before anyone in our market knew what green was, we realized that the world and our industry was about to transform itself in ways that only our imagination could predict. Our System includes the only EPA approved hydrogen peroxide cleaner on the market that also meets Green Seal standards. This system replaces multiple cleaning products with only one, while acting as a Sanitizer and Virucide to eliminate potentially harmful organisms from the environment. This allows the user to at the same time clean, kill odors and kill germs on all kinds of surfaces such as glass, mirrors, stainless steel, bathrooms, grout, floors, carpet and wood. This product not only increases efficiency by saving time but also eliminates the number of products to stock and simplifies training and the education process thereby cutting down on costly and sometime dangerous mistakes and misapplications in the work place. We also provide hi tech dilution and dispensing systems free of charge which reduce product waste and misuse.

Ace partners with manufactures of Hi-Tech floor coatings/finishes and strippers that provide maximum wear and gloss while meeting Green Seal standards. We are one of the few distributors in the NY market that can provide high quality Green Seal approved liquid and foam hand soaps and we are currently supplying many facilities. We have introduced several years ago and supply institutions with paper towels, mopping systems and plastic bags that meet or exceed the environmental friendly standards that have been set up by Green Seal and other such environmentally conscious organizations. In addition we also have available specialty products that are focused on the niche areas of an institution’s cleaning concerns such as Escalators, Glass, Odor control and bathrooms that also meet Green Seal standards. Many of these products are currently under contract with HHC, GSA and other public entities.

ESCALATORS: All the chemicals we use are green. Until now, the risers on escalators could only be cleaned tediously by hand or by dismantling and taking them out of circulation for an expensive power washing.
